I received the following email regarding poster size and need to know
what the committee thinks:

Hi Vicki,

Marianne and I are pleased that our psoter was accepted for display at
SCC. We have a problem, though. Our poster was created for the MLA
conference and measures 80" wide by 48" high. Would there be any
possibility that we could use two poster boards side by side in order to
accomodate the extra width?

I did discuss this with Nancy, and she thinks the contract regarding
rental of poster boards was going to be submitted either Friday or
yesterday.  

However, I guess the main thought for me is "If we accommodate them will
this cause problems with others?"  We did send out information regarding
the poster size.  I did have others inquire earlier regarding using two
boards, and I did tell them each entrant was limited to one poster
board.

What are your thoughts?
