Hello everyone,

	The November Bioinformatics Bulletin is now available at http://microgen.ouhsc.edu/bioinfobulletins/.  This months bulletin is an introduction to a version of BLAST called Pattern-Hit-Initiated BLAST (PHI-BLAST) that identifies significant alignments between a query sequence, a protein signature pattern, and database sequences.  If you know of any faculty or students who might find this topic interesting, please don't hesitate to forward it along.
