Hello everyone, 
	The October Bioinformatics Bulletin is now available at  http://microgen.ouhsc.edu/bioinfobulletins/.  This months bulletin is an introduction to a version of BLAST called Protein-Specific-Iterative BLAST (PSI-BLAST) that performs more sensitive sequence similarity searches.  If you know of any faculty or students who might find this topic interesting, please don't hesitate to forward it along.
