Hello everyone,

Here is the November Bioinformatics Bulletin entitled “Pairwise Sequence Alignments.”  This bulletin will briefly introduce the reader to the purpose of performing sequence alignments, the difference between global and local alignments, scoring matrices, and alignment scores.
