Hi everyone,
Do you need a tutorial on how to use some sort of web technology (html,
etc.)? Here's one more site to add to your list of helpful tutorials:
http://www.webteacher.org/macintosh.html
Once there, click an appropriate topic such as "Home Page
Construction," or "Web Basics." Under the former category, for
instance, there are friendly tutorials for html, style sheets,
javascript, and flash. Under the the latter, topics include TCP/IP,
Search Engines, copyright and fair use, etc. Other categories are:
"Communicating": email, newsgroups, mail lists, chat, video
conferencing.
"Multimedia": image formats, sound files, and movies.
"Peripherals and Utilities": digital cameras, scanners, webcams, ftp,
virus and security software.
"The Web in your Classroom": content resources (grouped by subject),
internet safety.
PEACE
Kerry
