Hi Gabi,

There currently seems to be momentum for India because a number of people
support that option and there have been a number of favourable responses
from networks in India.

I don't think that means the location is already set in stone. If you want
to go ahead and work on a proposal -- I think you should do it. I suggest
linking up with MJ Kim who sent a message to the OURMedia list about the ups
and downs of organizing a conference in Korea -- and I'm sure will have
various suggestions.
