Everyone else, esp. the MACer who wrote the graph about Von's research and its legacy, would you please resend your comments (NOT with the whole queue of comments, please cut and paste) to me [log in to unmask] with "Memorializing Von" in the subject line. I will print them out and send them to the family with our condolences on our behalf when Fred gets us the contact info. Sorry I didn't think of it yesterday. I was too much in the midst of my own grief and shock at Von's passing. I don't know if I have the time to do more but you may suggest other things to me (and what help you may offer to accomplish it).

I am still speechless about this. I spoke with her not long ago, encouraging her to apply for the Dean's position here. I told her how much we all respect her work at AEJMC and her strong leadership at Kent. She told me she would seriously consider applying. So tragic!
