Does anyone have a copy of the old GPGSN guideline on hemoglobinopathy
follow-up. I have the old CORN guideline, but the GPGSN also developed
a more succinct one-pager guideline that I can't locate.

I would be most grateful if you have one, to receive it via fax or mail.
My fax is 402 471-1863. Thanks!!
