Heh. The ones in the metal boxes seem like they should work better, eh?

I've had 'em all (consumer models). Starting with Linksys then Belkin,
D-Link, etc. Now back to a Linksys. It works. For now.

You probably don't want to hear this but your best bet is the Cisco
Aironet 1200. You can get the one with the B card for ~$512 or with the
G card for ~$640 (approximately twice the cost of the Netgear one that
doesn't work). Pricey but they *work*...
