No, this is a permanent change.

SSH is blocked.
H323 is blocked.
Pretty much everything except http[s] and some others on mail servers
is locked down.

More wonderful policy decisions handed down by technoidiots jerking
their knees in an attempt to frighten script kiddies.

Talk to Brad if you need some ports opened.
