OSCER users,
On Schooner, Ceph scratch is temporarily down, affecting
a *SUBSET* of users, mostly meteorologists and a few others.
Other scratch subsystems are fine, as are OURdisk directories.
We'll get this issue resolved as quickly as possible, but
that might end up being tomorrow (Mon May 6).
