OSCER users,


Schooner experienced a problem with NTP, which runs the
shared clock for all nodes.

We've restored about 90% of nodes, and we'll try to get
the remaining 10% (or as many as we can) into service
later today.

Please check pending and running batch jobs, to make sure
they're in good shape.
