Please see below and attached. I'm very familiar with STPI as it is an NSF FFRDC that does a lot of work for NSF -- and in fact recently completed a good analysis of EPSCoR. I'll leave it up to you as to how you want to handle Mark's message. It's a shame the internship is unpaid -- I can't imagine students who aren't in the DC area being able to go their on their own dime. The fellowship is a paid, benefits-eligible position.

Hi All,
The Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI) has two opportunities that may be of interest to undergraduates and graduate students on your teams. I'm attaching flyers for both the Summer Associate Program (10 week internship open to graduate students and rising seniors) and the Science Policy Fellowship Program (open to recent bachelor's degree recipients).
If you're not familiar with STPI, they provide expert support to OSTP and other government organizations (including NSF and the National Science Board). They do program evaluation, identification of best practices, and analysis of policy options, among other functions.
