I have seen too many emails about being removed from this list.  Here is a
procedure to be removed.  Hopefully this will reduce the amount of emails.

If you want to be unsubscribed from the list, you can do so by going to,
http://lists.ou.edu/archives/procardnorman-l.html, click on "Join or leave
the list (or change settings)", then enter your email address and name, then
click on "Leave the list". This should remove you from the
[log in to unmask] group.
