Hi Planners:
Attached is a draft of the Mid-year Planning Committee report due to
the board March 10 (oops).  Please take a look and see if there is
anything incorrect or that you wish to add.  Tim has given me a drop
dead deadline of Friday :-)  so I will assume no comment is consent!
