Recently, I gained leasing authorization for two properties near DC for the Jan. 20th Inauguration.  The units are located in Seat Pleasant (10 min) and Laurel (20 min).  They are both three bathroom, three bedroom, finished basement, and three level townhouses that come with optional shuttle and cleaning service.  The rental fee depends on the length of stay and options but the range is from $1,200 to $2,400.  Feel free to provide my contact information to any serious inquiries.
