Hello MAC Members,

Please note the attachment and the announcement below about an off-site convention activity we've been invited to attend.

Continue to have a great, safe summer,
Lillie

Subject: Off site may interest minorities and comm members

Hello Prof. Fears,

A workshop that gives newspapers tools for developing new revenue sources
and competing in a digital world will be the focus of an off-site on
Thursday, Aug. 9. The workshop offers insight into how newspapers are
trying to identify underserved or unserved readers, and how they are
deciding who among those readers is economically valuable.

I have to reserve the transportation by the end of this month, too early to
publish the information I've attached in the next AEJMC newsletter. So I'm
sending this to division heads to let them decide if they want to distribute
it to their members.

Thank you and best regards,

Hugh
