Earlier this semester, the chancellor at the University of Colorado asked a committee to decide on the future of the journalism school.
On November 17, the committee decided that the school should be discontinued and that the program should be "strategically realigned."

AEJMC is considering issuing a statement regarding the Journalism Program at
the University of Colorado. Drafters of the statement are asking for a
quick response before the end the week.

today. I wanted to give you the same opportunity to provide feedback prior
to a final decision being made regarding the attached statement.
Tomorrow, I will leave for Albuquerque to attend the AEJMC Winter Board
