This year I am privileged to work with Sharon B. Stringer. Dr. Stringer is responsible for the student papers. I am chairing the faculty paper competition. Thank you for all your support last year in judging the Kansas City, Mo Convention submissions.         The success of each annual conference depends on the willingness of qualified members, such as you, to volunteer their time and expertise. I will make every effort to reduce the number of papers each judge will read. I will need your assistance to achieve that goal. The more judges who volunteer, the lighter the load will be on each individual. So please help us to make the Toronto conference a success by volunteering to serve as a judge. Complete and return the “CALL FOR JUDGES” form.         I am also seeking discussants and panel moderators. If you are interested in serving in either of these capacities, please indicate on the form.         Send your response no later than March 1 to Emmanuel U. Onyedike, Norfolk State University, Dept. of Mass Communications and Journalism, 700 Park Ave., Norfolk, VA 23504 or via facsimile (757) 823-9119 or via e-mail .         Thanks in advance for your assistance in this very important endeavor. Sincerely, Emmanuel U. Onyedike, Ph.D. Professor and Dept.
