To whom and where should donations be sent so they may be collected re both the floral display and the Barrow scholarship fund? Or will floral display be paid through MAC and/or CSM budgets?

I also agree with both the flowers and the donation. CSM can also help with some funds.
I think we need to do something at the Convention. If there are any ideas, I can pass it on to the Board.
