The Wake Up Call conference on Aug. 9 in San Antonio is a chance to brainstorm with top thinkers like Phil Meyer, Craig Newmark, Dori Maynard, Jeff Jarvis, Jay Rosen, Chris Nolan and a host of others from the news industry and academia about the future of journalism. It is just $49 for the conference, dinner and a networking cocktail reception.

There are some scholarships for academics and journalists of color, we need to hear their voices. What role will ethnic niches have in the changing news landscape? For more information about the scholarships contact: Cori Margurite [log in to unmask] * 770 423-6924

Sign up via the AEJMC convention for this preconvention conference or at the Restoring the Trust site, where more information is available.
