Dear MAC Members:
MAC Head Jennifer Woodard and I would like to invite MAC members to a social
gathering during the convention at the Jazz@Jack's club in Denver. The
social has been scheduled on Friday, August 6, starting at 8:45 p.m.
(following the meeting of the Commission on the Status of Minorities). The
club, conveniently located one block from the convention hotel, features
live music, dancing, drinks, and appetizer and dessert menus. The cover
charge per person is $10.

Please reply to this message by July 12 indicating your firm commitment to
join fellow MAC members for a good time. I am requesting an early sign up
because in order to reserve tables for MAC, I need an initial group size
estimate and individual commitments to pay the cover charge. So please
respond at your earliest convenience. If you are not ready to commit by
July 12, you can always join the group on the night of the social.

The club is a minority-owned business selected in 2009 as #1 Music Venue on
Denver's A List. See club profile at http://www.jazzatjacks.com/. It is
located at the Denver Pavilions, 500 16th St. #320.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cordialmente,
Ilia Rodriguez
