First, congratulation to all the MAC winners!

Secondly, the Commission on the Status of Minorities has scheduled a session
in St. Louis: "Mainstream Media Coverage of the Islamic Community: 10 years
after 911."
This topic will be addressed by a panel consisting of a noted representative
of the Islamic Community, an Islamic Studies scholar and a print and/or
broadcast representative from mainstream media. The print and broadcast
representatives have not panned out. So we need your help. Do you know any
print or broadcast journalists in the St. Louis area who you think would be
good and willing to serve on this panel? If so, please email me offline at

The session will be held on Thursday, Aug. 11 at 3:15 p.m.

Thanks for your assistance.
