Colleagues;

Just an FYI - the U.  of Michigan case is scheduled to be heard before the Supreme Court  on Tuesday 1 April.

There has been a great deal of e-chatter, as well as an ad in the Washington Post - many organizations are planning to protest outside the Supreme Court that day.

One such protest involves academics/scholars of all stripes from all institutions.  Last week's ad in the Washington Post (sponsored by several law schools and faculty thereof) encouraged any and all from the academic community  to put on their academic regalia/attire and join them in front of The Supreme Court .
