On the idea of challenging Fox "News" license, only
broadcast stations are licensed by the FCC. Cable
networks like Fox do not need licenses, nor does the
FCC issue broadcast licenses to cable networks. All
in all, the FCC has limited jurisdiction over cable
networks and there are no "public interest"
standards for them to uphold.
Potentially nice idea, Patricia, I'm glad that you
are thinking of creative calls to action!
