Does anyone have any experience with Reference Manager beyond launching the
program?

Today I helped someone that wasn't able to open a database. By research I
discovered that something was likely corrupted in the file and told to use a
repair utility to fix it. The repair utility was unable to do any repairs.

Naturally, this is a mission critical database file that is needed ASAP.
Apparently not important enough to back up on a regular basis let alone a
one-time basis, but mission critical nonetheless. Any suggestions before I
begin preaching the importance of backups (yet again)?
