Transactions from October 16th, the last day of the September billing
cycle, were delayed in posting, but have posted in SAM as of today,
October 20th.  
 
HSC USERS
Due to the posting delay, your cutoff date has been extended to 5:00 PM
on today Friday, October 20th for all charges posting between September
19th and October 16th.  
 
NORMAN USERS
Please make sure that all of your charges have been reconciled by 5:00
PM on Monday, October 23rd.
