Dear University Pcard Holder,
As you are probably aware, in January the University began operating under a different federal employer identification number or FEIN so preparations are underway to replace all current Pcards with a new card embossed with the Norman campus FEIN.  For your convenience, the Pcard team will host a card distribution on main campus as well as a site on south campus.   Please note the dates and locations below:

Wednesday, August 3rd , 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Oklahoma Memorial Union - President's Room
900 Asp Ave. - See attached map

Thursday, August 4th , 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Stephenson Research & Technology Center - Atrium area
101 David L. Boren Blvd. - See attached map.  Enter through north doors of building

To pick up your card, you will need to bring your photo ID and print down and sign the cardholder agreement that is linked below.  If someone else from your department will pick up the card for you, you will need to sign the form and give it to the person that will be receiving the card.  Cards will not be distributed to anyone other than the cardholder without a signed form and proper identification.

After the dates referenced above, cards will be available for pickup at the Purchasing Office, 2750 Venture Drive, Norman during regular business hours of 8:00 to 5:00 daily.
