Dwight, I think that we should follow protocol.  I agree with Ali that the person contacting Carol should be the head of MAC or CSM. While have been very engaged in this discussion and offered great insight,  I don't see that it is appropriate for you to be the spokesman for MAC or CSM.  The contact should be made from someone in an official capacity of either of these two groups.
