  I join all of those who have expressed appreciation
  to Linda and Jennifer for their leadership on this
  issue. Nice job! Big props to my colleagues who have
  contributed to this meaningful dialogue.
  Like so many others have suggested, Carol's response
  seems to provide more questions than answers. I too,
  will await her written response.
