Dear ASNE Institute for Journalism Excellence alumni:


The deadline for applications for the 2003 ASNE Institute for
Journalism Excellence is quickly approaching.

Please encourage your colleagues to apply - or, if it's been at least
3 years since you participated, you can reapply.

Twenty journalism educators will be selected for the 2003 Institute,
which includes a $5,500 stipend, plus housing and travel.

The application deadline is Nov. 15. Applications can be downloaded
at www.asne.org/works/ije/ijehome.htm.
