API has two fellowships available for minority journalism educators to attend
our upcoming seminar, "Editorial Page: Developing a Voice for Community
Leadership," here at API March 21 - March 25, 2004.
The fellowships cover full tuition, hotel and meal package, and a travel
allowance.
