Midwestern State University's Mass Communication Department is accepting applications for a full-time faculty member at the Lecturer level to begin Fall 2015.

Qualifications: Master's degree in mass communication, speech communication or related field required.

Duties: Primary emphasis is on introductory mass communication and speech communication core courses.

The department offers a variety of courses across the discipline leading to a broad mass communication degree. We are highly student-oriented, and faculty are expected to be accessible to the students. Midwestern State University, with a Carnegie master's level I classification, has about 5,800 students. MSU is a member of the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges.
