I want to get a headcount for a Membership Committee meeting at the
winter meeting in St. Louis, MO at the Renaissance St. Louis Grand &
Suites Hotel.   Fred was able to find space for us on Saturday Dec 1st
anytime between 1p to 6p.  I've heard from some of you.  See below.  I
