Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Temple University School of
Communications and Theater (SCAT).

Seeking an established scholar with administrative experience to provide
school-wide leadership in faculty and academic affairs. SCAT includes 3,300
undergraduates and more than 225 graduate students. It is one of the largest
schools in Temple University and among the fastest-growing. The School
includes 66 full-time faculty, more than 100 part-time faculty, and 35
full-time staff. SCAT has additional programs in London, Rome and Tokyo and
its graduate programs include a PhD, two MFAšs and three masteršs degrees.

The Senior Associate Dean is responsible for academic and faculty affairs,
leads strategic planning efforts, internal and external reviews, planning
faculty investments, hiring/tenure/promotion processes, school-wide
curriculum development and development of leaders within the school and
multidisciplinary links across departments and schools. Details available
